Abstract
. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays revealed that DEC1 could directly interact with the promoter region of TGF-β1. These results suggest that DEC1 functions as a tumor enhancer that partially participates in TGF-β1-mediated EMT processes in GC, thus contributing to tumor metastasis.
