Abstract

DC populations, both Tpex expansion and therapeutic benefits are abrogated, confirming DC dependence. In addition, GSDME is validated as a gatekeeper of pyroptosis-driven antitumor immunity. This work provides a rationale for clinical trials combining ICI with high-dose AA.
