Abstract
An intelligent nitric oxide gas-releasing nanoplatform based on CuS-nanoplates has been designed to overcome the heat endurance of tumor cells by the inhibition of HSP90 expression with the released NO gas in mitochondria and thereby realize enhanced PTT under mild temperature conditions.
