Abstract
the weight and mass-inertial properties of the aircraft are some of the key characteristics that have a significant impact on its operational properties. The paper discusses the issues of automation of tasks of the weight design of the aircraft products in the single information space of the life cycle. The methodological foundations of the weight design are stated; the structure and functional implementation of a digital platform for the weight design of an aircraft are shown. The information basis of this system is the weight model of the aircraft, which is available in the information space to all participants at the stages of the life cycle.
