Abstract
Abstract Nitrogen containing heterocyclic compounds have wide range of application in pharmaceutical and biological field. Imidazole is an important heterocyclic motif used as plant growth regulator, therapeutic agent, fungicide, herbicide, etc. N ‐Arylated imidazoles are compounds of particular significance owing to its excellent applications. This review summarizes of N ‐arylation of imidazoles and covers literature from 2009.
