Response of vesicle shapes to dense inner active matter

Abstract
bacteria are contained within each GUV. In the microscope focal plane, patterns of collective bacteria flow include vortex flow, dipolar flow, and chaotic motion, all of which influence the GUV shapes. The Takatori-Sahu model generalizes well to this situation if one considers the moving element to be the experimentally-determined size of the collecively-moving flock.
