Effectiveness management of construction production programs with changes in the facilities saturation with means of mechanization

Abstract
The problems of managing the effectiveness of construction production programs with the justification of rational parameters, both individual machines and their sets, are considered. The main task of the production program of the construction organization is to determine the compliance of the parameters of the work program and the characteristics of the means of mechanization. The implementation of the production program for the construction of objects is studied by the variant "one resource-one object", which allows taking into account the peculiarities of real production situations. The obtained dependencies help determine the maximum effect of resource concentration regardless of the size of the executed program. The wide application of new equipment and technology allows improving the management of efficiency of production programs of construction. The saturation of the work front with machines and their sets and the fastest possible commissioning of objects allows to increase the return on them and reduce the freezing of capital investments in the course of construction.
