Abstract
Lithium-rich layered oxide materials x Li 2 MnO 3 ·(1 − x )LiMO 2 (M = Mn, Co, Ni, Fe, Cr, etc .) as promising cathode candidates for high energy Li-ion batteries have been summarized in this review.
