Abstract
The focus of this presentation is on the application of the Simple Equations Method (SEsM) for obtaining exact solutions of nonlinear differential equations. We discuss several examples based on the last developments of the methodology. The goal is to illustrate the results from the application of derivatives of composite functions in the algorithm of SEsM. The examples are connected with the derivatives of functions which are composite functions of solutions of two simple functions. These solutions are Jacobi elliptic functions and their specific cases: the trigonometric functions and the hyperbolic functions.
