Abstract
The methods used to prescribe exercises today are hampered by a lack of understanding and by inefficient methods. Yoga and meditation, two traditional Indian health techniques, have been demonstrated to improve immunity, strength, and mental health by lowering stress and depression, promoting restful sleep, and boosting the immune system. The immune system is strengthened by exercise, which also reduces the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. It is advised by the WHO, and communication technologies allow people to share on health websites and in online communities. The contradictory advice offered by various sources, however, might be inaccurate and needs to be screened for accuracy. There are medical disclaimers involved. Encouragement of exercise can lower healthcare costs brought on by sedentary behaviour. According to research, stair climbing, running, and jumping can boost health and fend off viral illnesses. Exercises that enhance the immune system are part of the recommended programme. Personal recommendations are generated by a convolution neural network based on physical activity and immunological function. Both healthy and unwell people receive automatic advice.
