Abstract
The results expand the scope of blood-borne substances involved in vascular homeostasis and suggest that anti-miR-144-loaded extracellular vesicles may represent a promising therapeutic approach against obstructive sleep apnea or chronic intermittent hypoxia-associated endothelial dysfunction.
