Mental health represents a critical public health challenge, with rising suicide rates demanding innovative intervention strategies. The research synthesizes evidence from multiple domains, demonstrating that physical therapy offers more than traditional rehabilitation and provides a sophisticated, personalized intervention addressing psychological and physiological needs. Key findings highlight the potential of exercise to trigger neurogenesis, regulate neurotransmitters, and promote emotional resilience.
