Abstract

The in situ conversion of Co-based catalysts to Co(OH) 2 with oxyanion-coordination induced by MXene dynamically enhances the HER performance. The non-precious metal catalyst demonstrates catalytic activity and stability that exceed benchmark Pt/C.
