Abstract
Incorporation of Al 3+ ions into ZnS QDs is found to induce V Zn , which act as a dispersant to reduce the concentration quenching of the Mn-related emission and achieve energy transfer from the ZnS QDs to Mn 2+ ions, long lifetime, and high PL QYs.
