Abstract
A Zn–SnO<sub>x</sub>/optimized Ag-0.07 at%-0.67 at%Cr/Zn–SnO<sub>x</sub>multilayer thin film with reliable and reversible heating performance as a flexible transparent thin film heater was fabricated.
