Abstract
3D-Ti/PbO<sub>2</sub>–Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>–CNTs composite electrode was fabricated through galvanostatic electrodepositon, which shows outstanding electrocatalytic activity to OER in harsh media (50 g L<sup>−1</sup> Zn<sup>2+</sup> + 150 g L<sup>−1</sup> H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>).
