Efficient Sb<sub>2</sub>(S,Se)<sub>3</sub> solar cells <i>via</i> monitorable chemical bath deposition

Abstract
A monitorable chemical bath deposition is developed to fabricate Sb 2 (S,Se) 3 solar cells. The deposition mechanisms are studied with the aid of real-time solution color, pH and temperature. Finally, a champion efficiency of 8.27% is achieved.
