Abstract
A high performance organic photodetector with an ultrafast photoresponse of 1.8 μs, a high responsivity of 680 mA W −1 and a detectivity of 6.35 × 10 13 Jones was fabricated. The small Frenkel exciton binding energy ensures that excitons can be efficiently dissociated.
