Hygieia: Multipurpose Healthcare Assistance Using the Internet of Things

Abstract
Chatbots is a software program executed on a computer that pretends an ordinary human chat discussion. Consumers are interconnected with a chatbot using the chat text interface or by the audio message, similar to that of people talking normally. Chatbots construe and progression with respect to consumers comments in the form of words or phrases and replies with a predefined set of answers. Natural Language Processing (NLP), is the involuntary operation of natural language, such as speech and text, by a program. In the healthcare domain, chatbots have a potential market of about 1 billion. The main goal of Hygieia is not to be like a chatbot but it is a system where the users can book appointments using Internet of Things (IoT), schedule their daily healthcare needs, and acts as a voice assistant to give users a hassle-free experience. Overall, the Hygieia application is an informative, conversational, and prescriptive chatbot.
