Abstract
With dual modifications of the surface and electronic structure, Au<sub>38</sub>Cd<sub>4</sub>(DMBT)<sub>30</sub> exhibits distinct excitonic behaviors and photocatalytic performances compared to Au<sub>44</sub>(DMBT)<sub>28</sub>.
