Abstract

The chemotherapy is perplexed by the unsatisfied efficacy due to the GSH-induced detoxification. The SPSAs reported in this study could not only consume GSH but also reduce GSH biosynthesis pathway, paving a novel way to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
