Skin cancer detection using multi-scale deep learning and transfer learning

Abstract
Background: Skin Cancer is on the rise and melanoma is the most threatening type among the skin cancers. Early detection of skin cancer is vital to prevent the cancer from spreading to other parts. In this paper, an automatic method is designed to detect skin cancer without getting help of a physician.
