Abstract
The warehouse industry needs to consistently improve the storage and movement of goods to meet rising consumer demands while ensuring product and worker safety. The proposed model is a stepping stone in the technology required to perform such functions with minimal or no human intervention. It offers real-time monitoring of warehouse temperature. The ventilation system turns on when the temperature crosses threshold values. The temperature readings, with the ventilation system status, are transmitted via Bluetooth. The objective is to ensure a constant airflow to reduce temperatures and improve air quality while keeping supervisors updated. The pre-programmed network hosts the video livestream web server and helps identify possible causes of sudden temperature increases. With varying video qualities, color filters, snapshotting, and other features, it aims to make surveillance and threat identification as convenient as possible while reducing power consumption.
