Abstract

This document records the structure of the SHRF / TRIDENT diagnostic corpus at twelve published records (BASELINE-12). It serves as the reference baseline prior to further corpus expansion. The corpus is organised into four structural categories: one normative governance protocol (USDOP v1.2), one applied control architecture node (boundary-geometry qubit stabilisation), one physical analogue node (bulk moiré metals), and nine diagnostic case cards spanning ecology, systems medicine, epistemology, geology, physics, and information theory. Gate distribution: 5 PASS, 3 CONDITIONAL PASS, 3 OPEN, 1 CONDITIONAL (applied architecture). Heterogeneity is intentional and reflects non-inflationary governance discipline. No gate propagation occurs between nodes. Every node contains explicit falsifiers and a demotion clause. Corpus synthesis is deferred pending external citation and stress-testing.Governed by USDOP v1.2 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.18721255).
