Abstract

Li-doping via LiF post deposition treatment has achieved an enhanced open-circuit voltage in Cu 2 ZnSn(S,Se) 4 solar cells. The Li treatment passivates the defects resulting in the modification of interface band alignment and enhanced charge excitation.
