Abstract
. Furthermore, we confirmed that the lncRNA-PVT1/miR-30a-5p/Beclin-1 axis induces abnormal autophagy in the pancreas of SAP rats. Collectively, these results demonstrate that the lncRNA-PVT1/miR-30a-5p/Beclin-1 axis is a potential target for improving SAP, thus providing a foundation for further development of therapeutics in the future.
