The Effect of Pedagogic Competence Kids Athletic toward Motivation for Elementary School

Abstract
this study aims to find out: (1) How are the athletic kids 'pedagogical competencies possessed by students'Physical Education and Sports teachers, (2) (How is the application of kids athletic pedagogic competencies inPhysical Education and Sports subjects in students (3) How are the effects of pedagogical competence ofathletic kids teachers Physical Education and Sports on student motivation. This research was conducted at oneelementary school in Cimahi. This type of research is correlation research with a quantitative approach. Theresearch sample amounted to 28 students, the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, i.e.sampling based on certain considerations, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire/questionnaire asa technique used to determine the results of athletic kids pedagogical competence on student motivation andsupporting techniques using interview methods along with documentation.D The results of the questionnairecalculation of the influence of athletic pedagogic kids competence obtained an average value of 39.14. Thismeans that student motivation is good at intervals of 38.5-42.25. And from the results of the calculation ofstudent learning motivation questionnaire obtained an average value of 39.14. This means that studentmotivation is good at intervals of 38.5-42.25. From the final results using simple linear regression analysis. Thehypothesis test obtained by the equation Y = 30.4 + 0.3x means that each increase in one unit of athleticpedagogic competence variable kids will cause an increase in student motivation to learn 0.3. For learningmotivation to meet the Minimum 75 Completion Criteria, the teacher's pedagogical competence must beincreased 150 times to one unit variable
