Abstract
Abstract In this paper, the isothermal filtration process of a real gas to a vertical well in a reservoir is simulated, taking into account the skin effect and the wellbore storage effect. Comparison of the numerical solution of the nonlinear problem and the analytical solution of linearized problem is carried out. A method for well test analysis is proposed based on solving an ill-posed inverse problem. This method allows to estimate the transmissibility of the reservoir, skin factor and boundary pressure values using measured pressure data.
