Abstract

The main task of designing modern automatic control systems is the exact implementation of high dynamic performance of adjustable electric drives in accuracy, control range, speed, taking into account the peculiarities of the control object operation. The laboratory stand for research of liquid level microprocessor control systems taking into account nonlinearity of the pump installation characteristic and features of its start-up is developed. The adequacy of the proposed computer model is confirmed, which gives grounds for its use in the synthesis and study of automatic liquid level control systems. The use of a laboratory stand in combination with an adequate simulation model can reduce the complexity of developing control systems for practical applications.
