Abstract
experiments subsequently confirmed that PLP-NPs induced tumor-specific cytotoxicity and overcame the MDR of colon cancer. Our findings indicate that the use of the PLP-NPs system represents a promising strategy to counter MDR in the treatment of colon cancer.
