Abstract

We present the complete spectrum for the Bjorken <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><a:mi>x</a:mi></a:math> weighted energy-energy correlation in the deep inelastic scattering (DIS) process, from the target fragmentation region to the current fragmentation region, in the Breit frame. The corresponding collinear and transverse momentum-dependent logarithms are resummed to all orders with the accuracy of NLL and <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><c:mrow><c:msup><c:mrow><c:mi mathvariant="normal">N</c:mi></c:mrow><c:mrow><c:mn>3</c:mn></c:mrow></c:msup><c:mi>LL</c:mi></c:mrow></c:math>, respectively. The results in the full region are matched with an <f:math xmlns:f="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><f:mi mathvariant="script">O</f:mi><f:mo stretchy="false">(</f:mo><f:msubsup><f:mi>α</f:mi><f:mi>s</f:mi><f:mn>2</f:mn></f:msubsup><f:mo stretchy="false">)</f:mo></f:math> fixed-order calculation. The final numerical predictions are presented for both Electron-Ion Collider and Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility kinematics. Published by the American Physical Society 2024
