Abstract

One of the reserves for improving the efficiency of air conditioning systems (ACS) is to enable the operation of refrigeration compressors in nominal or close modes. Generally, the overall range of current heat loads of any ACS includes the range of unstable heat loads, associated with precooling of ambient air with significant fluctuations in heat loads, and a comparatively stable range when cooling air from a certain intermediate (threshold) temperature to a target value. Obviously, a stable range of heat load can be covered by the operation of a conventional compressor in closed to nominal mode, while ambient air precooling requires regulation of cooling capacity. To prove the effectiveness of proposed method of designing the performance of ACS has been analyzed in climatic conditions of Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
