Abstract

Hydrazine monohydrochloride (HMCl) inhibits Sn 2+ oxidation, and diethylamine hydrochloride (DEACl) leads to a 2D structure. Under the synergistic effect of the two hydrochlorides, PCE and the V OC are largely enhanced for stable Sn-based devices.
