Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of artificial intelligence on administrative decision-making (flexibility, value & integration) at Zain Bahrain Telecommunication Company. Four hundred and three employees were surveyed through a simple random sampling method. The analysis is based on the outcomes of the questionnaire survey that was given out to a representative sample of the employees at the company in question. Researchers hypothesized that there is a positive significant impact of artificial intelligence on administrative decision-making (flexibility, value & integration) at Zain Bahrain Telecommunication Company. The findings indicated that this hypothesis was accepted. Moreover, the results indicated that there are no significant differences relating to the impact of artificial intelligence on administrative decision-making (flexibility, value & integration) at Zain Bahrain Telecommunication Company due to the demographic (age, qualification, and years of experience). At the same time, there are differences due to (gender and position).
