Abstract

Based on the Tin Tetraiodide Reduction (TTR) method, high-quality 3D-FASnI 3 film was obtained by using phenylhydrazine-4-sulfonic acid as the additive in the precursor solution, breaking the efficiency record of 3D FASnI 3 perovskite solar cells.
