Abstract

LiNbO 3 :Yb 3+ /Er 3+ nanocubes are synthesized by a hydrothermal method. LiNbO 3 :Yb 3+ /Er 3+ annealed at 1050 °C exhibits a sensitivity of 0.0094 K −1 at 340 K.
