Abstract

Metallo-β-lactamase (MBL)-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa is increasingly reported worldwide and usually causes infections with high mortality rates. Aztreonam/avibactam is a β-lactam/β-lactamase inhibitor (BLBLI) combination that is under clinical trials.
