Abstract

The paper presents an isolated version of hybrid power converter consisting of a Boost and Flyback topology that is suitable for input power factor correction (PFC) of the single phase full bridge diode rectifier fed by non-linear loads. The proposed topology of the paper is used for further power conditioning, high power conversion efficiency and reliability for the wide range of input voltages and loads as major merits of the isolated proposed power converter circuit or topology
