Abstract
This study describes an updated collection of 99 tubulin missense mutations for their effects on neurite growth in Caenorhabditis elegans. Structural modeling found mutations often cluster and generate steric clashes. Genetic studies identified complex interactions among tubulin mutations, including additive, synthetic, epistatic, and balancing effects.
