Abstract
We found that p -synephrine inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. This inhibitory effect could be attributed to the downregulation of p38 MAPK and NF-κB cascades mediated by β-adrenergic receptors.
