Abstract

Independent forensic audit of all 35 patent families and all published amendments in the McCaul SOL compendium, conducted prior to publication of Amendment CLXIV. Scope: canonical constant re-derivation from r=0.955m, device system integrity, numerical consistency, SAR safety re-derivation, and power budget closure. Result: all canonical constants confirmed to <0.01% delta. All device system integrity checks pass. Two corrections applied to CLXIV (PLDS shadow area 513W to 405W, SAR margin clarification). Zero corrections required to any previously published Zenodo amendment. Compendium certified structurally sound as of May 29, 2026.
