Age-induced excellence with green solvents: the impact of residual solvent and post-treatments in screen-printed carbon perovskite solar cells and modules

Abstract
Screen-printed perovskite devices made using green γ-valerolactone precursors are found to improve significantly following fabrication due to slow residual solvent loss over time. This is also observed in large-scale 220 cm 2 modules.
