Abstract
: halogenated spirooxindoles represent a strategic advance in the development of targeted cancer therapy, combining structural ingenuity with mechanistic precision. These findings encourage medicinal chemists to optimize further halogen placement, scaffold rigidity, and hybrid designs that could lead to new target-oriented chemotherapeutics.
