Abstract

Novel lead-free ferroelastic materials, (C 3 N 2 H 5 ) 3 Sb 2 I 9 and (C 3 N 2 H 5 ) 3 Bi 2 I 9 , exhibit rich sequences of phase transitions and reveal semiconducting properties.
