Abstract

An exquisite Pybox/Cu(OTf)<sub>2</sub>-catalyzed asymmetric tandem reaction of tertiary enamides was developed, which enabled the expeditious synthesis of indolizino[8,7-<italic>b</italic>]indole derivatives in high yield, excellent enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity.
