Abstract

The development of cellular communication systems, changes in the telecommunication systems infrastructure, as well as the ever-increasing requirements for the accuracy and stability of synchronization signals entail changes in approaches to solving the problems of frequency-time support. Scientists are constantly solving problems that arise in modern and future communication networks when transmitting synchronization signals and are developing appropriate technologies to solve them. Systems of synchronization are one of the most important areas of scientific research. The article considers the issues of developing international cooperation within the framework of the scientific direction “Systems of signal synchronization, generating and processing” using the results of the oldest international scientific conference on this topic.
