Abstract

An efficient blue-light excited green-emitting persistent luminescence phosphor, BaY 2 Al 2 Ga 2 SiO 12 :Ce 3+ ,Bi 3+ , is designed and synthesized to effectively compensate for the flicker effect of AC-LEDs.
