Reflection as Component of Professional Pedagogical Culture

Abstract
The paper examines the reflexive component of professional pedagogical culture. The article reveals the notions “professional pedagogical culture”, “components of professional pedagogical culture”, “reflection”, proposes a model of correlation between reflection and components of professional pedagogical culture, formulates a definition of the reflexive component of professional pedagogical culture. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that reflection is considered as a component of professional pedagogical culture. The conclusion is made that the reflexive component is a key one in the structure of professional pedagogical culture.
