Abstract

TT-T Nb 2 O 5 heterophase junctions synthesized via a facile in situ phase transformation method showed much higher photocatalytic H 2 -production activity as compared with TT-Nb 2 O 5 and T-Nb 2 O 5 due to the oriented built-in electric field.
