Abstract

In the fastest growing world, technology is changing rapidly and the demand of more efficient power supply is increasing exponentially. With increase in demand of power supply, the generation of renewable energy aroud the globe is also increasing. And, when someone discuss regarding renewable energy sources, the very first thing that comes in our mind is about Solar Energy. World is rapidly moving towards renewable energy i.e. Solar energy, Wind energy etc. but to get more efficient power output then conventional energy sources, is also quite challenging. Lot of research work is going on to get maximum output from Solar energy, making it more efficient. There are multiple configurations have been developed and get tested to decrease the losses during power generation and to get maximum outcome of it. Here in this paper, Authors have examined multiple Solar PV panel configuration to test their efficiency on the basis of different aspects sych as losses and power outcome etc. Authors have taken different configurations such as Total Cross Tied(T -C- T), Series Parallel(S- P),Physical Relocation of Module with Fixed Electrical Connections (PRM-FEC) and Sudoku in consideration for analysing to get maximum efficiency. The patterns mentioned have been analysed thoroughly using MATLAB/SIMULINK and the result is discussed on various aspects such as output power, Mismatch Losses (ML), Fill Factor (FF) and efficiency. Simulation method is practised to define the working and analysing of all configurations.
